Shipping your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 days of receiving payment and are shipped via express courier with tracking and drop-off without a signature. If you prefer delivery via UPS Extra with a signature required, an additional charge will apply, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and postage. Handling and shipping costs are fixed; we recommend grouping your items into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each.

The boxes are adequately sized, and your items are well protected.

You can return your package within 14 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with your package. In this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. In the event of manufacturing defects or the item delivered is not the one you ordered, we will cover the shipping and return costs.
